Integritechs now proudly supports the West Valley Youth Conference and the Youth Education Sports Scholarship (Y.E.S.S.). This sponsorship helps boys and girls who are in hardship play sports while doing well in school. Coach Jack Dawson, the president of the West Valley Eagle Athletes, has worked & coached with the Valley Youth Conference  West Valley Eagles Track Club, Inc. for the past 35 years. He has also served as President of the Eagles for many of those years. However, along with coaching kids to play youth sports his favorite activity with the Eagles is finding new potential talent.

Since 1992 twelve athletes who participated in the WV Eagles Program have qualified for the Olympic Trials. Seven have gone on to compete in the Olympics, bringing back to America eight Gold, three Silver & three Bronze Medals. (See list below)

  1. Quincy Watts, 2. Marion Jones, 3. Allison Felix, 4. Joanna Hayes, 5. Deenna Drossin, 6. Kastor Washington & 7. Tyree Washington

Integritechs is a Proud Sponsor of the Valley Youth Conference

More importantly, each year more than 300 young athletes 6 to 15 participate in the WV Eagles program learning new sports skills and becoming better young citizens while learning importance of doing well in school and continuing their education.

Every year the Eagles give out more than 50 full and partial YESS scholarships. Coach Dawson says he feels strongly that the talent of each of these young athletes should be the only factor in how far each can go. It should never be based on how much money their parents have or not have.

Each year at the end of our regular season of competition we put together an All-Star team to send to the National Junior Olympic Championships.  Our goal is to pay all air fares, rooms, vans and food for those who qualify. Qualifications state they must finish in top three for all of Southern California and the state of Nevada.

Coach Jack Dawson has also served as the Youth Advocacy Board Member on the Canoga Park Neighborhood Council. He was one of 6 members serving on the Advisory Board for development along the Mullholand Scenic Corridor representing the third district when Councilman Dennis P. Zine was in office and he was recently President of the Canoga Park/West Hills Chamber of Commerce.
