Marc Bartholomew
Chief Executive Officer

Hailing from Maine, Marc is the visionary founder of Integritechs, which began as a small business in his home in 2012, embarking on his entrepreneurial journey after leaving the world of infrastructure design and cybersecurity for large multi-corporations, including Capitol Records. Initially a single consultant meeting the daily technological needs of a few small businesses, Marc's expertise and leadership rapidly expanded Integritechs through word of mouth and referrals, transforming it from a one-man show into a fully staffed and trusted IT service provider. Today, the company supports the growth and operations of numerous small and mid-sized businesses in the San Fernando Valley.

Marc holds a degree in Computer Technologies and Networking from Northeast Technical Institute and continually expands his knowledge in the ever-evolving networking and cybersecurity landscape. His commitment to staying current with industry advancements ensures that Integritechs remains at the forefront of technology.

Rumors have it that Marc enjoys strumming away at his guitar when he's not busy working, but such sightings are rare.

Dave Szczur
Technical and Network Operations

Originally from Chicago, Dave discovered his passion for computers at a very young age. By 10, he was already building, upgrading, and repairing PCs for friends, family, and teachers. This early fascination led to an illustrious career, with Dave spending a decade managing and directing the operations of a prominent Chicago-based cloud services host with multiple datacenters worldwide. Drawn to Integritechs by its solid, tight-knit, and dedicated team culture, Dave joined the team back in 2019.

Dave is the cornerstone of our service team, serving as our lead technician and network engineer. He manages service operations, oversees advanced systems administration, and handles special projects. His expertise in hardware and networking ensures that our clients' systems perform optimally and reliably.

On the side, Dave has been in and out of several bands as the lead vocalist, so you might occasionally find him belting out tunes at a karaoke bar when he's not immersed in technology and hardware.

Van Tang
Quality Control

An L.A. native, Van received his first computer at age six, witnessing the birth of the public internet and growing up alongside the rapid technological development of the '90s and '00s, from tape cassettes to virtual reality. His innate curiosity drove him to tinker with computers and develop a wide range of proficiencies, from programming to graphic design to audio engineering.
