Under the DEN program, end users will have their own dedicated Dell account, which grants them the ability to make direct purchases from Dell. One of the key advantages of this program is that end users will receive 3% in Dell rewards for each purchase they make. If they choose to purchase 4+ years of ProSupport or ProSupport Plus, they can even earn up to 6% in Dell rewards. As a consultant, you will also receive 3% back on any accounts linked to your DEN account.
To facilitate a seamless process, we have found the easiest way to proceed is for you to submit a quote request to us. In the quote request, kindly provide us with all the necessary end user information (details provided below) and indicate the items you would like to have quoted. Once we receive your request, we will promptly send you the quote, which you can then forward to your end users. Feel free to include us in the email to ensure a smooth process, allowing us to provide any necessary feedback or handle the payment details.
For your convenience, we suggest using this email template as a guideline when submitting quote requests. By standardizing the process, it will streamline communication and make it easier for all parties involved.
